FAQ

Q1-I would like to order a plain black steering wheel with black inserts and no carbon fiber. Can this be done?

A1-Yes. please let me know by clicking on the prompt chat tool.

Q2-So the heating option for the 2020 is a free upgrade with the purchase. does it work in conjunction with the heated seats option?

A2-Your original steering wheel must have a built-in heating function. and it can be heated after installing our heated steering wheel. It has nothing to do with heated seats.

Q3-How long does it take to receive this custom Tesla Yoke steering wheel?

A3-2-3 weeks. in most cases you can receive it in about 15 days.

Q4-How difficult is it to install it? Any risk of airbags going off? I.e.. diy possible or do you need to take it to a professional to get it installed?

A4-It is not difficult to install at all. you can install it yourself. we recommend professional install. airbag will not risk exploding. There is an installation video on the product page. you can watch it.

Q5-This is for American tesla car left side ?

A5-Yes. the yoke steering wheel can be installed on the left and right side of the driving position.

Q6-I hesitate between nappa white leather. trapezoid-gloss and trapezoid-matte. acantara gray yoke steering wheels. do you have any good suggestions?

A6-You can choose according to the style of your own car interior. such as the color of the car seat.

Q7-How to co nect the heated steering wheel?

A7-The heated steering wheel has one more wire than the non-heated steering wheel. Connect that wire to the heating interface of your car and it will work.

Q8-Do i use my current air bag center peice?

A8-You can use your own airbag centre piece. Our package does not include buttons and airbags.

1. Processing time

1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact APTesl online customer service for help.
